  8. ‘I Am Not a Human Being,’ a project that was supposed to be a free EP, has turned into a full-length record and will hit digital retailers on September 27, which is Wayne’s 28th birthday.

    The record now features material that the rapper recorded for his heavily anticipated follow-up to ‘Tha Carter III,’ one of the biggest rap albums of the last decade. While Weezy and his management once claimed that that record was also complete, Wayne has decided to use his time in prison to start writing again and wants to start completely fresh when he finishes serving time.
