Above is the official Carter 4 album cover artwork. Lil Wayne is once again featured as a young child, although this time instead of an infant or toddler, this picture may be from when Weezy was in elementary school. C4 is due out May 16th although its heavily rumored that the Carter 4 release date is delayed until June 14th. Click here to preorder The Carter 4. Props to UHTN.
