“6 Foot 7 Foot” Music Video New Premiere Date Announced

6 Foot 7 Foot Video Coming Thursday

Lil Wayne‘s long-awaited “6 Foot 7 Foot” music video will premiere this Thursday on MTV at 7:54 p.m. ET.

The clip is for the lead single from Wayne’s forthcoming Tha Carter IV, his first collection of music since being released from prison last year.

Hype Williams directed the video, and Lil Wayne’s latest protégé, Cory Gunz, appears in the clip.

Weezy has said that he was strategic in placing Gunz on the Bangladesh-produced song, his first solo track since guesting on Birdman’s “Fire Flame” and delivering a few remix verses, such as his retooling of Bruno Mars’ “Grenade.”
