Lil Wayne’s “Rebirth” Projected To Sell 85K In Week 2 Sales

According to SOHH Lil Wayne‘s new album Rebirth is projected to sell around 85K in week 2 of sales.

Despite the high estimates, he will still likely be out-sold by renowned singer Sade. Each of the Big Four will snag a spot in the Top 4 next week, as Sade leads the way with a total trending well above 400k. That’ll give the biz 400k+ twice in the first six weeks of 2010, and surpriningly strong sales so far. Sade (425-450K), Lady Antebellum (150-160K), Jaheim (100-110K), Lil Wayne (80-85K).

  4. Sade is A English Soul Band fronted by female singer Sade Adu. They put out Smooth Operator, Sweetest Taboo, No Ordinary Love, and the new single Soilder of Love. Wayne and Drake are both influenced by Sade Drake is about to put her on one of his songs off Thank Me Later and Wayne said he listened to Sade in his song In The Morning.

  11. His album was vicious to me, I mean it had “Die for Me” which i thought was an awesome song. It had “Knockout” ft Nikci minaj that song was Crazy. “One Way Trip” and “Drop The World” He already had “Prom Queen” which was great and then he release “On Fire” which was another great song to me.
So in all thats like 6 great songs off the album, how in the hell do people be saying its not a good album.

  12. Idk if they count single sales for ne thing but I know when drop the world was released it was higher up in the charts. As for Sade not exactly the type of music most listen too so how the two get compared idk. Also rebirth was leaked by amazon 2 months ago so lower sales can be expected.
