Lil Wayne’s Rebirth Album Sells 173K In First Week

According to Hits Daily Double Lil Wayne‘s Rebirth album has sold 173 thousand copies in its first week. Even though its nowhere near the numbers for his last album Tha Carter 3, this is still very successful and with the hit single Drop The World heating up the charts, it looks like Lil Wayne will sell a lot more copies.   7. Not bad for his first non-HipHop/rap album. Getting Eminem on a track w/ Weezy was very key for this album.

  26. I think it’s really good considering Rebirth leaked in early December and he did no PROMO. I love Rebirth and I love the fact that Wayne is not afraid to step outside the box. I also think Drop the World will do well. Weezy is the best and nothing less!!!!
