No surprise here, Lil Wayne’s Rebirth album has been pushed back yet again.

According to Cash Money CEO and rapper Birdman the highly anticipated rock album will be coming February 2010. Maybe this means they want to spend more time pushing a single or working on the rumored tour.

Birdman also tweeted that he was shooting a video with Kevin Rudolf, Jay Sean, and Lil Wayne for Kevin’s upcoming single Cash Money Heroes.

  6. REALLY WTF! i was pissed a year ago when it was pushed back from feb to april… then to the summer…then to the fall…then christmas…now to a year after it should have originally came out!

    I LOVE WAYNE and i would wait for anything he’s working on… BUT A YEAR…thats pushing it

  15. ok honestly ive NVR been a big fan of rock music so i thought it was guna be released with the “we are YM-album” so i was guna listen to it then but thats no the case anymore, so im not guna buy rebirth cuz for one i dont like rock music, if waynes in it or not… im still gettin the YM album tho..and WTF wayne STOP doin this shit PICK A FUCKIN DATE AND STICK TO IT-or jus dont announce it if ur not sure—DUH!

  19. Are you guys surprised at the delays? Every CM album in the last 10 years has gotten pushed back, typically 6mo-1year. Sometimes longer? Do you think Baby & Wayne have the final say on dates? There’s a lot of factors when releasing million dollar albums and ya’ll whining like some second graders waiting for lunch. C3 took over a year and a half of delays, C1 was over a year too, or even birdman’s last two albums. If ya’ll were some real Cash Money fans youd expect this and be used to it by now.

    i belive that in 2009 weezy promissed not only rebirth , but also carter 4, to release in 2009.
    Well . Insted of having to push the album – and dissapoint all the fans . then he should speak about the album, but not set release dates! in that way it would be a sickass “surprise” .

    but we still watin for that 12 tracks to be released
