[Rumor Alert] Did Lil Wayne Marry His Asian Baby Mama?

This is such a crazy rumor, but we decided to post it anyways and see what you think.  MediaTakeOut is reporting that rapper Lil Wayne has possibly married his Asian baby mama Sarah.

Lauren London, Nivea – don’t read ANY FURTHER!! To everyone else – CHILLLLD it looks like Lil Wayne may have up and married his Asian baby’s mother named Sarah.

You remember the one that MediaTakeOut.com EXCLUSIVELY told you about that used to be a nail technician out in Cleveland. Well the girl is walking around wearing an engagement ring and a wedding band …. A MESS!!!

I don’t want to believe this however after checking out some of the photos, I really don’t know what to think. We really only want to support the best rapper alive, and he does not need more drama.
