No Lil Wayne, But “Drizzy” Drake Makes A Suprise Apperance At Hot 97 Summer Jam

Last night New York’s Hot 97 held their annual Summer Jam at Giants Stadium which was hosted by comedian Tracy Morgan. Performers for the event included Mary J Blige, Jadakiss, T-Pain & friends, Elephant Man, Day 26, Asher Roth, The Dream, Pleasure P, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, and more. There were also multiple surprise appearances and performances by Lil Kim, Drake, Young Jeezy who brought out “Jay-Z for his new single DOA”, Method Man & Redman, Jeremiah, Soulja Boy, Manio, Busta Rhymes and DJ Khaled, and Ace Hood. Overall the event was a huge success with a turnout of 55,000 people and it was the topic of discussion last night on twitter and the internet blogs. One of the biggest moments of the night by far was when “Drizzy” Drake came out and made a surprise performance. We are not too surprised by this because we knew he was going to be there, due to the huge rumor floating around all week.
