New Lil Wayne Album with Lloyd: Best of Young Worlds?
Atlanta native LLoyd announced that Lil Wayne and he are considering creating an entire album of duets, entitled Best of Young Worlds. This comes after a successful collaboration on Lloyd’s song “You” that gained a lot of attention.Lloyd discusses meeting Wayne, “Weezy go in [the booth] and do about 38 bars. The beat cuts off and he’s still rapping. He’s just killing it and I’m saying to myself, ‘Oh this dude is incredible. I gotta work with this dude for real.’ And from there, we started our relationship. We’ve even talked about doing an album together and calling it Best of Young Worlds.“
Lloyd made sure to distinguish that Lil Wayne and him have a very different style than Omarion and Bow Wow who recently released a duo album of their own, Face Off. “We appeal to a much older crowd, and we a little bit more hardcore with our style. But yeah, we definitely thinking about it” he explained.
There is still no word on a possible release date for this proposed album.
